Dance time today will be 10:30

This is one of my most favourite songs so really give it everything you’ve got!

Well done everyone, parents and children!  I’ll reward you with a two week, work free break!!

As you’ve worked so hard I thought it would be nice to do a re-cap of some of what we have learnt over the past couple of weeks.

For Maths, have a go at the following activities

For the counting in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s you can choose 1 of each to do

For the number bonds I would like everyone to have a go at the bonds to 10 – you should all be a whizz at these now!  Then have a go at the bonds to 20 – you could print them out and cut and stick for this activity.

Your Literacy for today is a re-cap of our sentence skills.  Please don’t print this activity off – let your children write out the sentences in their books themselves.  Remind them of the punctuation and then let them write the sentences.  You can ask them to check their sentence has everything it needs before they move onto the next one, allowing them to do any corrections needed.

Right, well, that's it from me now for Easter.

Work will resume again from Monday 20th April.

Make the most of the holidays guys and try to enjoy it!

After Easter, I will upload the expectations for reading and maths, just like I did with the writing so you have an idea of what children are expected to be achieving by the end of the year.  I know it's been a challenge trying to do this yourself, but all I can ask is that you try your best.  I'm sure that's what you're all doing.

Don't forget to email work through for me to be able to have a look at and upload to gallery page.
