Over the week, work your way through this workbook.  I have included teacher notes to help parents.  

We are working on the split digraph 'i_e' this week.

Please use the power point below to see how to form the letters correctly.  Spend about 10 minutes working on developing your letters.  You will find a letter for each day on the timetable.

Apologies for the delay in home learning this week - we have had some technical issues at school.  Below you will find learning for the rest of the week.

Tuesday - Watch the Power Point below then have a go at the following activities

Wednesday - Find and watch the Power Point below on the Antarctic - ask an adult to discuss it with you and help share the information.  The write some facts you have learnt about Antarctica.

 

Thursday- Find and watch the Power Point below on the Arctic - discuss with an adult and write about what you have learnt.  Can you include some extra sentences to make comparisons between the Arctic and Antarctic?

Full stops

using 'and' 

 

Friday- With the help of an adult, research one of the countries along the equator.  Have a go at drawing the country and write some facts about it.  How is the weather in your chosen country different to the Arctic/Antarctic?
