Year 6
In Year 6 the children looked at some wellbeing activities and chose some that they thought would be best suited to help them in times when feelings and emotions may become overwhelming. They wrote a postcard to themselves in the future, giving advice on strategies to use to help them to calm down when they feel stressed, worried, upset or angry.
The children also walked around the room and wrote 'words of encouragement' to their peers, spreading positivity around the class.
